We have designed this course to be user-friendly and intuitive; however, should you have any questions and/or need technical support assistance, the information on this page may be helpful to you.
Starting the Course:
To begin this course, you will need to complete a brief registration form. Be sure to input a working email address that is unique to you, rather that using a general email address for your practice. There is no cost to register. Upon completing the form, you may immediately login with your own unique username and password that you created during the registration process. Once you login, you'll be able to start the course.
Login/Logout Procedures:
To login the first time, you will first need to register for the course as described above. Once you have registered, simply login with the username and password you created during the registration process. Once you have begun the course, you may logout at any time by clicking the "Logout" button. There is no need to complete the entire course in a single sitting. When you are ready to return to the course, login again and you will be able to start the course from where you left off.

This course utilizes video clips as the primary vehicle for conveying the course content; as such, if you are unable to view the video clips, the course will not be as impactful and robust as intended. If you are unable to view the video clips that play within the course, we highly encourage you to ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your system. To download a free copy of the latest version of Flash Player, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and follow the instructions for download and installation. After you install, you may need to restart your system and then return to the CME activity via your browser. Please note: If you are accessing the course via a dial-up connection rather than a high-speed connection (DSL, cable modem, T1 or ISDN), then the movies will download more slowly for you.
If after you install the latest version of Flash Player you are still unable to view the video clips within the course, please request technical support by emailing jen@niacreative.com. Please be sure to indicate which operating system you are using (Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7; Mac OSX, etc.) as well as the name of your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and the browser version number. Finally, please indicate what method you are using to access the Internet (dial-up, DSL, cable modem, ISDN, T1, etc.). Requests for support will be answered by the next business day.
Accessing Your Certificate
Upon successful completion of the course content, you will then be brought to an online post-test. Participants who pass the course with a score of 80% or better will then be able to view and print their CME Certificate. In the event that you later want to access a copy of your certificate, simply return to www.coldlipolysiscme.com and login with your login and password. Once you have logged in successfully, you'll be brought to a page that enables you to view the course again if desired. Scroll down that page, just past the large "START COURSE" button. Underneath that button, you'll see a line of text that indicates you have already completed the course, and a link to access your certificate again.
Reporting a Problem:
If you encounter programming errors while proceeding through the course, please contact jen@niacreative.com to report the problem and to request technical assistance. Requests for support will be answered by the next business day.
